Grandes Pagos de España is an association of Spanish wine estates which are defending and promoting the concept of “Pago” wine (single vineyard wine). Created in 2004, this winery association aims at preserving premium wines from terroirs where a particular soil and climate exist.

As a member of this association, our goal is to protect the Pago wine culture, producing wines which reflect the Serranía de Ronda terroir and promoting this concept of quality wine.

Cortijo Los Aguilares also belongs to the Denomination of Origin “Sierras De Málaga” which includes four production areas and the sub region of the Serranía de Ronda, whose climate, location and soil have converted it into the perfect place to produce high-quality wines.
