Diversity of soils: sandy and clayey, high content of limestone

Nestled in the middle of the mountains, this plot is the result of many years of investigation to find the perfect place: higher altitude, meaning more freshness in the wine - and a great diversity of soil texture and composition, in order to get a richer expression of the terroir. The use of the traditional “bush” cultivation system provided more shade and, along with a low density plantation, it reduces the water need of the plant.
