North-west orientation, following the slopes of the hill. At 900 m of altitude and with a steep slope, we grow there Tempranillo and Pinot Noir, under the imposing supervision of a 500-year-old holm oak - El Encinar - which has become one the symbol of the Cortijo Los Aguilares winery.
