THIS WINE IS THE RESULT OF A BLEND OF GRAPE VARIETIES GROWN AT OVER 900 METRES ABOVE SEA LEVEL WHICH IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO PRODUCE A WINE WITH SUCH A YOUNG, FRESH CHARACTER.
After a careful manual selection, the grapes ferment in concrete tanks, with a gravity system, in order to obtain the best expression of each variety of the blend. On the nose, the predominance of subtle red fruit aromas is well balanced by balsamic nuances and a hint of wild fennel. Fresh and silky in the mouth, this versatile and singular wine suits any occasion.
