TADEO TINAJA IS A 100% PETIT VERDOT, WITH A 12-MONTH AGEING IN CLAY JARS (TINAJA). THANKS TO ITS POROSITY, THE AMPHORA POLISHES AND STABILIZES THE TANNINS, BUT UNLIKE AN OAK BARREL, THE GRAPE VARIETY EXPRESION REMAINS PURER.
Produced in very small volume, Tadeo Tinaja is a wine full of character, enabling us to discover a new facet of the Petit Verdot, earthy with more floral tones and with an evocative mineral nuance.
