THIS COMPLEX AND SINGULAR BLEND OF 3 GRAPE VARIETIES REFLECTS WHAT MAKES CORTIJO LOS AGUILARES UNIQUE: METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL, BOTH IN THE VINEYARDS AND AT THE WINERY, AND THE OUTSTANDING ADAPTATION OF THE VARIETIES TO THE LOCAL CLIMATE.

The nose is full of ripped fruits, with fresh balsamic nuances and light toasted, spicy notes. The ageing in large French oak barrels preserves its fruity expression while providing roundness and complexity, reflected in a wine that is smooth and fresh on the palate with a long-lasting aftertaste.
